These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TecDoc Logos API service ("Service") provided by Revido LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

TecDoc Logos API provides programmatic access to car manufacturer logos indexed by TecDoc manufacturer IDs. The Service includes API access, logo images in various formats, and related documentation.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your API key
• Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into these Terms
• Not share your API key with unauthorized parties

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond normal API usage

4. Pricing and Payment

• The Service uses usage-based pricing as described on our website
• The first 1,000 requests per month are free
• Usage beyond the free tier is billed monthly based on request volume
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content and functionality, is owned by Revido LLC. Car manufacturer logos remain the property of their respective owners. Your use of logos obtained through the Service must comply with applicable trademark laws.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVIDO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
